Yes, you can still do Pilates. Muscle weighs more, but burns more calories so you may have to increase caloric intake somewhat. Eat the way you have been eating at first, if you start to lose, bump it up by a protein shake or something along those lines.

Pilates is a great activity for toning and conditioning of the body. The movements of the exercises are exactly that: movement. So, the mere fact that the Pilates exercise program involves movement means that you will burn calories. If you don't want to lose weight, make sure you're getting enough calories daily.

Yes if you are at your normal body weight then you should replace the rest of your body fat with muscle which will make you more toned and if anything you will gain weight(not as in get bigger but since muscle weighs more than fat) and probley end up being more healthy..

If you increase muscle mass you'll actually gain weight since muscle weighs more than fat.
Just eat right and don't exercise obsessively.
