I've been doing masturbation for some 8 years and worry if it will cause me any harm? Can I make a woman pregnant if I continue masturbating? Is there any harm? I do it every day! I can't do anyting and concentrate my mind on anything if I don't do it. So, I have to do it.
I just want to know if I will lose my potential?

There is no evidence whatsoever that masturbation does you any harm unless possibly you are totally obsessed with it or ignoring other things in your life (which is really rare!). To the contrary there are substantial long term mental and physical benefits to jacking off. Every day or two or three times a day? No problem! You will NEVER run out of sperm either so don't worry about not being able to make a woman pregnant when that times comes (just refrain a little bit then!). Otherwise continue jacking off as much as you feel like! ENJOY!

Doing it ha no detrimental effects. In fact it reduces the risk of prostate cancer. As for your fertility: while you will be down a little on your count for a few hours after a session things will be fully recovered in no time and even after several ejaculations in a day you will still be shooting enough sperm in your semen to cause a pregnancy.

It will not and cannot do you any harm. It will increase your stamina and chances are it will take you longer to *** with yourself or a partner.
