I have made dog clothes, but I usually just do it free hand without patterns. But fabric stores will definitely have some. And Berber is really good to use as a lining, or berber fleece even.

all I know is that I know people who knit them, so you must be able to buy sweater patterns. But, hey, they're also right - yarn, good stuff anyway, is expensive too. try ebay or www.amazon.com
try checking out your library for books on making dog clothes. try? measuring your dog and using creativity to sew some clothes. I'd do it... but then again, you haven't seen some of my projects!

My dog (Chihuahua) shivers from the air conditioning here in the NE. Since he is still a puppy (7 mos) and we have not had him in winter, I can't imagine how warm we will need to keep our house.

We crate him at night and he always manages to burrow under the blankets in his crate.

eBay I'm sure will have them. Or specialty petstores. But PetCo really isn't that expensive. For some sweaters is like 7.00 which is about as much as you'd pay for a yard of that kind of stuff anyway.
