ok first the girl has to realize her inner beauty, as weird as that sounds. the big mistake that many shy girls (turning wild) make is that they get slutty, or "wanna-be slutty". this is a major turn off to all guys, with the exception of the lowlifes of society.
so, if you're a girl and want to be more outgoing, just start talking to guys fearlessly. you'll find that having self confidence goes a long way.

You can't change people. If this girl is shy, then something terrible has happened to her when she was a little girl. A guy will notice her once she decides to break out of her shyness if a guy can just be her friend and prove that he isn't pretending to like her and go make fun of her behind her back.

When a girl is shy and no one pays attention to her no one notices her. But when shes wild everyone does. Right? Wrong. Thats is so wrong because when youre shy thats when everyone notices you they know you are shy so they definately notice you. Theres no such thing as being shy because we all have it in us. We are all wild so we are capable of doing wild things. All you have to do is not care what people think and just be who you trully are.

whether you are shy or not, expecting to be noticed is arrogant. And you'll be waiting for a while.
Get out and get involved in activities where you will meet people. Sitting in the shadows and waiting won't do a bit of good. Go out, get involved, meet people. Try activities that fight your shyness, like toastmasters, drama club - things that teach you to be the center of attention and you'll get past your shyness

1.Say nice, positive and uplifting things to her all the time. The more the better.
2.Never, ever(even as a joke) make fun of her or put her down at all.
3.Don't be shy yourself...be open and honest.
