I'm a nurse and most nurses have aching feet. Give her a gift certificate for a foot massage and pedicure at a local salon or spa. Tuck it in a box with a pair of flip-flops because hopefully she will be able to get out of nursing shoes and into something comfy for the rest of her life. Even if the nurse is a man,he might enjoy the pampering.

probably a card and gift, depending on how well you know this person, you may puchase a gift that they might like, if you don't know thier prferences an gift card or certificate would be appropriate. Cash, however is always the right color and size and never seems to go out of style!

It never hurts to bring a small gift. I would opt for a small piece that has a pithy saying about nurses big hearts.
