My daughter is 22 months old and she got a runny nose and a very low grade fever. Typical cold. She's eating good, playing hard and is happy otherwise. I don't want to give her any medicines, just may be some ideas of what can be done at home? Except for humidifiers, we're in Texas, we have enough humidity here.

Where the humidifier was my first guess. They help clean out the air. Put some vaseline right under her nose. It will help the snot harden up some. Some nose drops would also help. But like with most things nothing will help but time.
