The average size boob is about a 34B anything other than that is an implant.

Because padded push up bras are available everywhere and they aren't expensive anymore the way they used to be.
If you want to know why women wear them, it's the men's fault. They fixate on breast size, so women think they need to be bigger to attract men.
Women don't really have bigger breasts, they just look like it.
