Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Hold your left index finger with your right hand. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths letting your shoulders, face, neck and legs relax. Just feel your body, your stress, everything flowing down into the ground.
You can also stand with your knees slightly bent, bend forward at the hips and let your torso hang down and your hands touch your toes. Again breathe and feel everything just sinking into the earth. (Stand up CAREFULY after doing this one - do it to quickly and you oculd get dizzy)
Or try some yoga - - there are easy stretches to reduce stress.

just exercise and put on your feel good music!! You don't have to have sex, I mean c'mon people! If thats the only way to relieve your stress on that level, you're in trouble!! When your significant other is not around what would you do then?!?! Find someone else!!??! Bullshit!! Workout, listen to some good music, watch a funny old movie you like and watch that stress level fall and disapear!

This is one that a chemistry professor taught us before taking tests.
Close your eyes, gently pinch the "meaty" ..bottom part of your ear lobe and take a deep breath, count to seven, slowly exhale counting back from seven, then let go of your ears, and open eyes.

you need to take time out for yourself - make that a priority. even just taking 15 minutes out of your day everyday to turn the lights out and lie there thinking relaxing thoughts - picture the beach or a forest. if that doesn't help, you could see your doctor for some anti-anxiety medication.

You are obviously a giver....How's about putting your self first!
Treat your self like a Queen for a day and tell every one to buzz off!
Put on some music you like, light some candles and take a bubble bath.
This will only work if you are strong enough to take control for your self. Take away every ones remote control to you and put them a away for a while. You deserve it!
