I love to hear someone speaking italian. It sounds melodic. French and Spanish have a lot of harsh sounds.

Spanish first, because it's the most practical, then you have a knowledge of Latin-based languages, so it will be easy to learn French and Italian, or even Portuguese! That's what I did. Also, it did help me with my English - a lot of common words in Spanish are not so common in English. and being able to quickly translate them is a big help. Good luck!

Depends where you are in the world. If you live in the US then maybe Spanish would be good to learn because it is the second most spoken language.
If you live in the UK then any goes really. If one particular country's culture interests you then learn that country's language.
Spanish and Italian are very similar as far as vocabulary goes so if you learn one it will not take you long to learn the other.
What ever language you decide to learn it will benefit you if you travel to a part of the world where they speak your second language.
The Spanish and the French are pretty ignorant people on first appearances but once you start to speak to them in their language they warm up to you really quickly. But then again I suppose it is ignorant to expect them to understand English, even if it is the dominant language of the world. Or is that Mandarin Chinese?

are you intending visiting any of these countries? will you actually get to use the language you decide to learn? if you don't intend to visit the country what is the point of learning the language? you need to use a language often to keep it up to date and in your head. I would have thought that if you are having problems with your english then learning a second language would only hinder not help you.

Spanish. Unless you plan on taking a trip to Italy or France anytime soon you won't really ever use it. Spanish on the other hand is becoming a more universal language and will definitely help you out in the future. It is also more similar to English than the other two are I think.

Spanish is a good second language to learn for future career potential. There are employers where I live who will only hire bi-lingual people.

If you'd like a language to impress girls, take French. If you'd like it to be useful other than getting some booty, take Spanish. That's the second most spoken language in America (I think?). Though, If you'd like to improve your English, take Latin. We steal LOTS of words and prefixes from the Latin language. Hope I could help.

French as I think it will benifit u more as ur from the UK.
However Spanish is the most widely spoken out of the three. So any of those two wud be good as once uve mastered one, learning another should be alot easier.

you can try french, although you can just try whatever you want. all these languages are more or less equal. i'm not sure about your second question, but i don't think having a second language will make your english proficiency increase.
