Find a place in which your car will fit for a parallel park. Pull ahead of the space so that you're even with the front car. Turn your wheel to the right and reverse into the spot. (This is where rigid instructions fail and you have to feel it out.) After you are 3/4 of the way into the spot, while still reversing, turn the wheel all the way to the left until you are aligned with the other two cars. If you have to pull forward so that you are directly between the front and back cars, do so. That's it.

Pull up even with the car in front of the parking space. Turn the wheel and back into the space. Move forward to get the car parallel to the curb. It's not hard--it just takes practice.

Pull up next to the car that's in front of the space you want. Start backing up slowly while turning towards the curb. You want to get as close to the curb as possible. Once you're in, position the car so that you can get out easily.

You may need to try it more than once if you end up not close enough to the curb. You don't have to totally pull out of the spot to do this. Just drive forward (making sure not to hit the car in front) again and then back up, trying to ease in as close to the curb as you can.

After a few times, you'll get the hang. I don't think it's as hard as people make it out to be.

the absolute correct way is;pull 2/3 paralell up to the car you want to park behind, then start slowly backing up and turn your wheel ,depending on if you are on the right side or left side trying to park.get your car as close to the car you are parking in front ofand straigten your wheels.pull forward and back again, you should leave the same amount of space between both cars{behind and ahead}of you.

Get to the spot you want and get two big buff guys to lift up your car and carry it in perfectly.
