huh. Good question!

It turns out that there are still trace aamounts of alcohol in non-alcoholic beer. It is brewed the same way as regular beer, but the alcohol is removed after it is made. Here is a link that explains:

The ingredients then, are the same as for regular beer:
barley, hops, water, and yeast.

Shofix is right, the alcohol is removed, but traces still remain.

AA often warns against "near beer" for that reason, but orange juice often contains as much or more alcohol from natural fermentation. The real danger is that once the mind has been conditioned to expect a buzz from beer, drinking non-alcoholic beer will very likely set off cravings for the real thing.

I'm not sure what all of the ingriedients are, but I do know that there can still be alcohol in it. That is why it is sometimes called "near beer". It might have a small amount of alcohol in it, but not that much. Hope I helped!

I've been told there's still alcohol in "non-alcholic" beer. DOn't know if that's true or not. But if you are in AA, Don't drink it. I know so many people who have slipped by drinking that stuff.

its basically bitter root beer, and if its a NON-alcoholic drink it probably has no alcohol you are safe.
