Good grief, kid. Just because you haven't been asked out doesn't mean you're ugly. Usually it's the pretty ones (I think) that have the low opinion of themselves like that, and 13 is too young, anyways. Try waiting until 15 or 16, you'll be more grown up, then.
But if you really wanna know, I think you're a cutey, and look nice in that dress. Now, what number would that be? Maybe a seven or an eight. But then, cameras aren't always honest, so you're probably higher. Just remember, no matter how you look, you as a person rate a perfect 10, and that's what's important.

Listen, there's nothing wrong with the way you look if that was your photo.
You haven't been asked out because your 13. It's an awkward age. The nice boys, maybe not the most popular at school, but the nice ones aren't asking you out because 1. They are afraid that you will say no. 2. They don't have jobs/money and driver's licenses and don't want mom or dad to drive. 3. They don't know that you would like them to ask you out.

It's hard to tell whether you're beautiful or not just from a picture...Are you fun? Are you kind? Are you confident? Are you smart? Are you friendly? Those are the things that make a person beautiful. Think of a woman you know who you think is really beautiful (not a celebrity, somone you really know). Is that person really beautiful simply because of the way they look? I bet you can also think of someone you really don't like who may be very physically atractive, but you see them as ugly because of their personality. About never being asked out--when you're 31 you can start worrying. For now, why not ask someone out yourself? Okay, enough preaching, you're beautiful!

I'm a 20 year old and just got married, so I can tell you not to worry about how you look because you will find a guy when you least expect it. As far as the rating goes, probally a 8. Just don't get too conceded because of the response on here from guys...

You are VERY pretty. I do not want to rate you because you shouldn't attach a number to yourself or compare yourself with others. 13 is still way too young to start giving yourself drama over not having been asked out. Work on your confidence and self-respect. Best wishes!

Although I'm 21 and could potentially go to prison for such remarks (hehe), I'm gonna give you an honest rating that happens to be your current age: 13-out-of-10. Like....whoa. But don't tell my girlfriend. She gets pissed if I raise my eyebrow to a celebrity on TV.
