i find that in my busy schedule if i force myself to get up 30min early and workout i feel so much better. i have lost 40lbs in the last year. and i have stopped eating fast food, candy or junk food and i try to eat more fruits and veggies when i am hungry. i get a lot of my advice from self magazine. sometimes it is tought to get out of bed and workout, but you get used to it.

You have to buy healthy to eat healthy. Even many fast food restaurants now carry lower fat, lower carb items. If you are in a restaurant, eat half the meal and take the other half home for another day.

Exercise. NEVER take an elevator for 1 or 2 floors, WALK. In a high rise building get off 2 floors before your stop and walk the rest of the way. Walking stairs is good cardio exercise.

hey there
you could try joining Curves gym (for women only) half an hour circuit workout, total body conditioning, doing it 3 times a week will yield great results fast. You'll meet other people there that are also pushed for time. Most of the gyms open at about 6:30am until 8pm

you can do small things, for example:
if you go to the mall, or work, park farther away.
take the stairs instead of the elevator
walk to change the tv, dont use the remote
drink one more bottle of water that you usually do
eat fruits and vegetables
if your on vacation, lpay some golf, or if you have kids or a dog, play with them (so not only you will be exersised, but they will b 2!)
and also stay away from fast food!

Small changes can lead to a bigger impact, and if you do this on a daily basis over the course of a year, you can significantly impact your health

Get up earlier to exercise, or spread it out throughout the day. Make quick meals like ready-mixed salads or frozen weight watchers meals.
