First date does not make the girl your girlfriend in the first place. In the second place YES you pay for the movie and then in the third place if and only if the girl wants to is it OK to make out!

Yes you pay for it. Girls love that. It makes her feel more appreciated. It's not a bad thing to make out on the first date. However I would suggest maybe just a kiss. Don't rush it. You might scare her away.
