Israel and Egypt for certain, because they got it from us....I'm not sure about any other cetainties in the Middle East.....but Syria and Iran have attempted to begin programs, Iran being more successful to date. Countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc have no real ambtitions into the nuclear arena.....

After seeing some other answers...it is true that Pakistan and India both have nuclear weapons, but I do not consider them as part of the Middle East

No such thing as "legal" nuclear weapons. Unfortunately the ones who do claim to have them legally have no right to have them and if they do, then do not expect other countries not to want them.

Talk about Bully boy schoolyard tactics...Its not a game, lets not treat it like one.

Go on USA give them up, or will you be too weak without them, and please don't use the usual , "we are protecting the world", because the recent problems is exactly what you get when there is this inequality and justice.

To answer the question..Israel I believe are the only Middle Eastern country to possess them.

Well, for legal, there's not much, but I'd like to give Asia to arise to the amount of nukes on a larger Scale. Israel does have Nuclear Weapons with an efficient delivery system, most likely given to them by the U.S. just like the jets used to bomb Lebanon. Now, Pakistan and India both are either rumored or proved to have SRBMs (Standing for Short-Range Ballistics) with either intel or proof of testing. China does in fact have, a lot of nukes, though not as much as Russia or the US. The other Middle Eastern Countries have possibly some kind of mass explosion bombs with detonation, though not as powerful as a FAB, yet more powerful than the carpet bombs of a B-52 would deliver, yet they do not use the plane in question. These bombs are most likely, not incendiary or actual carpet bombs. Now, Lebanon and Hezbollah are rumored to be Weapons of Mass Disease, or Biological weapon. It is rumored to be filled with an extremely deadly toxin capable to wipe out and entire city. What toxin is not known, but Anthrax is rumored to be the toxin, following the anthrax and bombs in the mailroom news stories. The toxin would have to be an airborne agent so as to be easy to spread. Other toxins include Brucellosis, and Botulins, althought it would be difficult, considering when botulins are exposed to Oxygen, it is completely harmless, but in babies, when the spores are inhaled, it can prove a serious problem in the future. Just keep in mind that these are rumors, the part you just read. The rest is real. Iran doesn not yet possess WMDs, but if their Nuclear program is not peaceful, NATO countries will act immidiately with the U.N. N. Korea Does have missiles of some sort, they seem to be Scud-like, though. The last missile test did not seem that these missiles were strong enough or have enough distance to reach the U.S., but They seem to be perfecting it. They won't have MIRVing capabilities for a while.

Yes, Israel, the Zionist, the 52nd state of the USA owns nuclear weapons, but in the meantime, nobody else in the middle east is allowed to have them as well. Why not? I think, I hope other middle east countries will have them too, so finally we can have a balance in the world, against the agressors (Israel + USA)!!

Legal nucular weapons. Anything wrong with that? Yea, I think so. Other than Russia, United States, and England are the only countries allowed to have nuclear weapons.

Israel is the only one who has anything that could stick, but I wouldn't say they possess them legally. Nuclear energy is for everyone it is not to be used to kill people, if a country uses nuclear energy to kill, they must loose the privilege of it's use, until they have learned what it's all about. That includes the United States & Israel! rensereader@cox.net

What do you mean by legal nuclear weapons? If there were to be illegal nuclear weapons what do you do. Send in the cops to arrest them?

Your ignorance is showing.

I do not understand what this "legal nuclear weapon" means. But certainly some countries are accepted in the UN charter as countries having nuclear capabilities. As such your question does not seem to demand an answer.
