Oh its back on sale is it? Itwas banned in 1958 as it was considered un american. God to see that its been reintroduced. I still have a packet of "Splash" which was a dehydrated powdered water very common in Enland from 1939-1945, The packaging is still good but the product is past its Freshest till date. Still I shall give you the instructions...
empty contents of sachet into a suitable container with a capacity of 8 pints. Being careful to be as accurate as possible pur in 4 pints of luke warm water and mix the powder in vigourously for at least one minute. Once all the powder has disolved add a further 2 pints of water to bring total to 6 pints. Wait 15 minutes by which time the powder should have xpanded to a full 8 pints of fresh tasting drinking water.

put a scoopful into a large jug. Add 1/2 scoop of rocking horse manure, 3 hens teeth, and 1/8 scoop of fairy dust. Mix using sooty's magic wand, saying abracadabra, and hey presto! 1 jug of clear fresh water.
(great q by the way, lots of laughs)
