You need to do exercises that use resistance in bringing your legs into each other. Most gyms have a machine for this. It is similar to starting in a position similar to doing the splits and then bringing the legs together.

At home you can do this with a resistance band attached to the foot of your bed or something else heavy and then moving your foot inward. Do these exercises 3 times a week, 2 sets of 20 reps.

Get one of those balls ya know the ones in a huge net at walmart not the huge ones but regular size put it between your knees and squeeze it that works and its inexpensive and it is not hard to do.
