Has anyone had a dream where you're suffocating or something and it turns out your really holding your breath? I've had this happen to me a couple times and I woke up gasping for air. I hope I never stay asleep : /

No.. but i had a dream i was falling and when i woke up i fell out of bed.

Only once.But i had all these other dreams, but they are scary. And almost all the dreams i have they be coming true,so I'm like i just had dejavu.

You probably have sleep apnea (sp?).
