It's that your questions do not come across as very lucid.
In fact, they almost seem like rap lyrics and do not support your original question. People get confused as to what it is you are really asking and decided for the HUH or DUH response.
At the very least, they can get two points out of the interchange

I would not OWN up to something that somebody else did. If it was a friend maybe I would take some blame but not some random stranger on the street.

yes they are and plus its just answers don't take it so seriously, that just make you seem like you have no life and waste your time on here rather then doing something else to benefit your neighborhood
