School: Definition can be home-school, private school, or public school.... or whatever title you would like.

I am trying to figure out the population that is responding to the homeschool section.

I am very much pro-home-school. It is the only option for my family. 2 have graduated and 2 are still studying at home.

I did choose. I chose to have them learn at home under my care.

I have 3 children, 2 of which are in elementary school. My children attend a public school that is not within the district of our home. We chose to send our kids there, because when we moved to the area (we are new to this city) we did not know which areas of the city were best for our kids. The school they attend is one of the best in the city!
Affordability was also a huge factor for us. So, we chose an after-school daycare that was in the school of our choice so that we could send them across town.

If the public schools in this area are as bad as my public schools are, then I would send my child to a private school. Thats the only option we have since you can't really choose what public school you send your kids to within the district.

But hon, this is the homeschool section. We CAN and DO choose the school our children attend!!!
Maybe you meant to ask this in a different category.

I would send them to the Christian school my mom teaches at or homeschool them. I don't have kids yet but I will do one of those 2 things when I do have kids.

I would Looooove for my kids to attend a school which enforces Uniforms. It would be econimical and wouldn't really have to worry about who's wearing what.

In my opinion a smart/average kid will do good in any school they attend.
