Does anyone know how much veneers cost?

About $1000 a tooth. I've looked into it and insurance doesn't cover them.

Too much. They will have to completely ruin your teeth, and you have to replace the veneers every 10 or so years. If at all possible I would look into getting good braces. It might look ugly for a while, but in the long run you will have much healthier, permanent teeth.
