Yes I know that with all of my heart and soul. I am thankful for him and his love for me. I am also so sad for the ones who don't know him or believe that he died for them. I can't imagine not having him to believe in. My heart is so full of his love, I feel him EVERY day. It hurts so bad to read some of the responses that I have read to this question when I KNOW THAT HE IS REAL & I KNOW WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR ME!!!! I was saved in 1999 and life couldn't be better. If you have ever known his love there is no way you could ever live without it. THANK YOU JESUS!!!!!!

I was born and raised in a devout lutheran family I've been what Aldous Huxley called a "reverent agnostic" for 25 years. While I give with certainty that jesus was a great man I am a deist and think the hubris "C"hristians (that the born again crowd has) is flagrantly asinine.

There is a God and you aren't it. Your definition of having your soul save is a matter of consciousness. I believe fully that my "soul" will go on for ever.. I don't believe that people that don't buy into the tripe narrow view of "salvation" are damned to eternity..

I've been to hell and lived through it. Life is good, so is my relationship with my Higher power who I choose to call God.

If you want to bath yourselves in a religious dogma that is opposite of what your supposed savior taught then so be it. You are worshipping a dogma, and a religion and not establishing a relationship with your creator.

Grow up.

Did you know that the Greek word "stauros" is mistranslated in the King James Bible to "cross" instead of "stake"? It's the only place in all literature where stauros is translated cross. The cross came from the illustrious Roman Emperor Constantine in the fourth century AD. He "decided" Christ should be on a cross because the cross was a major religious symbol for several pagan gods which he wanted to be in his new religion. (Catholic)

Think, Karma. Apply now. “What you do is what you get”

Our daily actions hurt others no matter what; thereby every person needs to do a process of purgation. It’s a Vedic ritual. As he was unaware of it, he could never assimilate the essence of non violence in his life, which encumbered his mind regarding the sins he kept committed unwittingly. This led to his untimely sad demise.

Non Violence extends from physical to mental realms. Sadly he never cared to understand the existing “Vedic Purgation techniques”.

This is true, but do you know exactly by what specific method or principle Christ's death on the cross destroyed Satan's power over mankind?

Why do people constantly say this stuff as if NO ONE has ever heard it before?

The whole died on the cross bit, trust me we have ALL heard it MANY MANY times. Those that believe as you do have no reason to be told about it, and the rest of us don't share your beliefs and don't care to. So it's a waste of breath.

Actually I never met the guy. But I hear the reason he got tortured and killed is because he was trying to force the Jewish churches to change when they didn't want to. So they turned him over to Pontius Pilate as a criminal and said they would rise up against Roman rule if he wasn't put to death.
Jesus was a good guy, don't get me wrong. But he sure wasn't the son of god, and his death sure didn't have anything to do with me.

I am an atheist, though I was once Christian. In all my life, I have never been happier than I am now. With all my heart, mind, and body, with every ounce of strength I have within my being, I renounce any and all faith in God, whether Jewish, Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Native, or any other variant of God.

If I am drenched in the blood of your messiah, I wash it off, reject, and renounce it. The blood of a suicidal and insane man who lived 2000 years ago has nothing to do with me.

There is no void in my life, contrary to what many christians say. I do not "secretly know that there is a god" nor do I hate god -- to hate a thing, you must believe it exists. I am emotionally ambivalent to God as he does not exist.

I live a moral and good life, seeking to end pain and promote individual and community well-being. The lack of belief in God has not caused me to lose my moral compass, indeed, in every way it has made me all the more clearly focused on that moral compass.

I reject your religion and all its fairytale stories of heaven, hell, reincarnation, life after death, the ressurection of the many cruicified Gods, among them Odhinn, Mithras, and the Christian Messiah, Yeshua of Nazareth.

I have considered Pascal's Wager and found it wanting. The idea that belief is infinitely rewarding and nonbelief is infinitely punishing can be applied to anyone's view of religion, and therefore is invalid.

I demand proof, nothing less. Show me proof of a god, any god, and I will believe.

no he didnt die yet 4.157. And because of their saying: We slew the Messiah Jesus son of Mary, Allah's messenger They slew him not nor
crucified, but it appeared so unto them; and lo! those who disagree concerning it are in doubt thereof; they have no
knowledge thereof save pursuit of a conjecture ; they slew him not for certain,
158. But Allah took him up unto Himself. Allah was ever Mighty, wise.
159. There is not one of the People of the Scripture but will believe in him before his death, and on the Day of
Resurrection he will be a witness against them
