Sarging is when a man goes to a bar to pick up women. The term was invented by Ross Jeffries who liked to compare this to what his pet bulldog, named Sarge, would do when going after female doggies.....hence the term, Sarging.

I'm guessing here, but I would say that sarging is a form of control play (sex) in which one partner commands and has control of the other. But I could be wrong. Sorry.
