If your trying to sell your house, bury a small statue of Saint Joseph in your front yard. People say you can have your house sold and closed within 2 weeks or less. And no, you do not have bad coping skills. There are many people in this world that are having problems similar to yours. My best advice is to just relax, and pray every night.

God has many other people praying to him every day, so it is very hard for him to help everyone at once. I remember once praying to god that I wanted a cell phone for my birthday. I didn't get it for my birthday, btu I got it for Christmas.

Well, you shouldn't be mixing alcohol with any drugs, especially sedatives. You need to be on Valium or Xanax or some other anxiety calming medication. If you have depression too, then alcohol will only exasperate it. Try Effexor which is used for depression and anxiety. You need to see your doctor and may up your doses.

Go to an outpatient hospital program or any program that deals with DBT. Look up DBT skills on the internet. They are wonderful coping skills to learn.
