I never bought gas from Citgo before or after Chavez.
In the 80's, my father placed Citgo gas in his car and the car hated the poor gas quality. From that moment, no more Citgo.

I stay in a city of 1500 and we do not have a Citgo. Why does our democracy purchase oil from them? Why don' you write your elected officials and ask them why they enable it?
