either way I would say skin pigmentation, although the Mormon church has an odd view on this topic.
When Jesus died on the cross he first went to hell in an attempt to convert the nonbelievers there and bring them to his father. After his trip to hell he went to the lands no one had brough Christianity to and those that denied a conversion were marked as dark skinned.
It's stupid I know, and actually a little on the racist side if you look at it properly. But it is an explanatin. Now okay, you're about to tell me that that was John Smith's version about the American Indians, but well then I could just reply that it was Jesus and he can do whatever he wants. :P

I think God supposedly broke us up into different races because we were building a tower to meet Him. Like we could build a tower tall enough to reach Heaven (which doubtfully exists). So God made us all different so we couldn't communicate with each other. But He didn't count on us translating each other's languages so we can work together again. That silly God.

actually, as far as documentation goes, can u prove the flood was world wide? consider the people documenting it? theyve never been to or seen america, and they claiemd it was wordly flood? (by the way how was this documented? how did noah write everything down that happened?)

lets just say....... the origin of dark people.....
we adapt..... our skin adapts to the conditions of our weather and the area we live in...... you might notice this through each world regions. in the Ecuador line.... you got dark colored people, in the northern hemisphere you got white skinned people..and so on.... it just common sense.. we adapt.!!
