I'm just wondering what YOUR experience was, how PT was and what you did for the excruciating pain. Narcotics and NSAIDS do not work. Not even Morphine. I'm taking dilaudid now and it takes the edge off ever so slightly but it does help. I'm in CONSTANT pain and I just don't know what to do. Neither do the PT people or my nurse (at home health care). Any thoughts, comments, or suggestions? I'd appreciate any insight to this that anyone may have. Thanks in advance for your help.

depends on your age and what your dr.s have told you. I've needed a replacement for over 5 years but they will not do it unless they have to. and its bone on bone wearing out. but the younger you are the more problems you can have and one is rejection
