What I'm about to suggest takes some extreme courage, but made me melt when it happened to me.
Walk up behind the person you're interested in, and hug him from behind. In my lifetime, I had two separate women do that to me.While I was startled and surprised, I also felt like a wave of like goosebumps come over my body, and for that moment I really felt special. Hard to describe in words. Anyway, at that moment I was like so theirs. I would have jumped off a bridge if they asked me too. lol
Sometimes it's the little things in life that mean the most. I really hope that lightning strikes three times in my lifetime, and that another sweet woman will walk up behind me, and hug the stuffings out of me. :-)

Men are dense. Smile at him and that will let him know that you're approachable. If he doesn't approach you, then perhaps you should make the first move and ask him out to lunch.
Let your instincts take it from there, based on how interested he seems.

Make him feel spec-ell. Talk to him make contact, touch his arm, hair, w/e. write him notes, call him or offer your number. once he notices you, I'm sure he will be hooked.
