yes, you are right , because there is one God who has created this world and in this world He sent so many messengers. and all of them had taught the same lesson, which the happiness and get close to God, by good means, and the good means near to God is the huminity. the care of every creation of God. the subject to preachs from the messengers of God and the way of worshiping might be different but the lesson was the same.i believe, and now a days i am working on the same theme as an artist/photographer.

No, some are very different. I would agree that the three major monotheistic religions have a lot in common, but I wouldn't say that ALL religions teach basically the same things. A quick look at Buddhism, Taoism, Hinduism, Jainism, Neo-paganism, and various indigenous religions in Africa and South America may surprise you at how differently people believe and practice.

No, not all religions teach the same thing and none of them end up in the same result or conclusion. They all have their beliefs, some may be similar, but none the same. There may be flood stories and creation stories, but they are all taught a different way!!

all religions do teach essentially the same things, including the pagan religions.
atheists and agnostics, while not believers in a god, per se, do have alot of the basic beliefs of religious thought--it's wrong to steal, kill, lie, etc.
personally, i don't believe that someone needs a book to dictate their spirituality. it all comes down to each person's relationship with their vision of the 'divine'.

relies upon on your definition of "the comparable element". you will locate one college of nonetheless that believes that the worlds religions are in basic terms reading the comparable God by using a diverse cultural lens. one and all stresses diverse components of of a God that's in basic terms too super and lots previous the potential of a trifling human to allure to close its entirety. some thing equivalent to the myth of the blind guy and the elephant. each and each faith sees a diverse section yet none of them see the entire. i detect it unusual that many faiths communicate of a loving God then interior the comparable breath condemn the ordinary public of the worlds inhabitants to Hell for being unbelievers.
