These work for my kids:
-lunchmeat & cheese on bread, pitas or tortillas
-chicken or tuna salad w/crackers and carrots
-lettuce rolls - Lettuce, ham & cheese rolled
-cold/leftover chicken drumsticks
-PB&J
-grilled chicken salad - lettuce mixed with brocolli slaw and a little dressing. top with a little chopped chicken.
-cheese cubes and pita bread
some healthy sides that work are:
-any fruit: cubed pineapple, grapes, oranges, apples, bananas, fruit cups, etc.
-sliced apples and peanut butter
-pre-packaged cheese or pb crackers
-pretzel sticks w/side of mustard
-pudding cups
-low-sugar breakfast bars
-dry cereal
-carrots & celery w/dip
Get some mini containers w/lids. These are great for snacks and any dips.
I pack one of those mini juice boxes (not the full size one) for snack time and a bottled water for lunch. And, yes, they actually drink the water.
Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Have the two slices of bread separate from the filling to avoid mushy sandwiches. Raw veggies, fruit, dried fruit, Snack puddings or make your own. Fruit juice boxes, Crackers with cheese and lunch meats, The makings of a chicken wrap, leftover cold pizza, Salad with the dressing stored in another container.Have fun.

How old is your daughter? My sister-in-law agreed to let her daughters take cold lunches to school as long as they have something with protein, some veggies and fruits in their packs.
You can buy some of those boxed lunches for kids that have the cold cuts, bread, cookies in it. (Sorry, I can't think of the name right now.) Or get her involved and ask her what she thinks would be a good cold lunch for her. You can plan a week's menu for her and spend this quality time together. My nieces love doing this!

sandwich, pretzels, fruit or veggies sticks, jello, beef jerky, Juice, gatorade or flavored water. If she has a fridge my daughter used to take salads all the time last year. I sell Tupperware so I got her a lunch set and she could keep it in a insulated bag and have a separate container for dressing. How ever she would still need a fridge so that might not be an option.

Stir in tuna, onions, carrot, and lemon juice and blend well to combine.
Spread softened butter thinly on each slice of bread and spread tuna filling to make sandwiches.
Wrap in freezer wrap and place in gallon freezer bag. Label sandwiches and freeze.

A variety of sandwiches are out there. Then there are salads. Depending on how old your daughter is these can be tailor-made to suit her taste. Macaroni salad, potato salad, couscous salad with chicken. Tortilla wraps.
