In a progressive country with a good bit of religious freedom, sure. If they are both young enough to be worried about their families' consent, one of them would likely be pressured into converting.
In a more conservative culture, it is doubtful. In a lot of Muslim cultures, a daughter is considered to be the property of her father, until he gives permission for another man to marry her, in which case she becomes property of her husband. So basically, the father has "veto power" over who his daughter marries, and most likely would not allow her to marry a Jewish man.

No, that would be breaking Shari'a and the Muslim woman's parents would disown her before letting her marry outside the faith. That's doesn't mean it's wrong, it just means it would never happen.

I don't think we are supposed to marry foreigners, and how will that affect your faith, do you want to change her, and can you introduce your ideas, for myself I am a Christian, I know that Jesus Christ is the Mesiah, and will return. Don't let your faith get pushed aside, whatever you choose to do.

"Can" he? Yes...he is able to do so...is it okay, per his religion, for him to do so? That is likely a different issue.
