people seem to think that I am pregnant and it is so embarrassing.
I hve tried to lose weight in different ways but all that happens is that i lose weight on other parts of my body. SIGH!
What+´s the trick?

do alot of crunches and sit up.... 100 a day.

This is most likely a lot to do with retaining water...Drink lots of water avoid sodium (salt) and Try Midol on your next period see if it helps with the bloating at all..
