Just when I am comfortable my grandma brings up my weight and won't drop the subject and it really bothers me!What should I do/say.

You say, Grandma or whoever yaks about your weight, thank you for being concerned about my health and my weight, but I am quite comfortable, healthy and happy and I would like everybody to drop that subject, because that makes me unhappy and I don't think that's what you want to achieve.
And if they don't stop, get up and start leaving the room and tell them whenever they're ready to leave you alone, you will come back. In the meantime Good bye.

You do not say what your height/weight are, and that information would be most helpful in formulating rational and helpful answers.

ask your doctor at your next checkup. if he says you
are ok use that to shut them up.
