I really.... like a guy, but I don't know if he likes me or not I can't get up enough courage to talk to him, and he talks to everyone else in a crowded room but me, I am not an ugly person , I'm not beautiful, just average. i also try to be a nice person. I have known him for 6 months and my heart just about stops when I hear him talk or see him. I am really not wanting to think about him, to keep myself from being let down. But how, how do I stop thinking about him, and what would give me a hint that he is interested.

Oh dear, what a waste of effort, a little effort could go a long way in easing a lot of tension and fear, assured of that.
All you need do is just try getting to know him, start a conversation by introducing urself and let the rest take care of itself.
However, don't be over-zealous and cause a scene that you'll regret afterwards. Get to find out if this guy is really worth that little effort that is needed to kick start any relationship, and bear in mind that love can never work if it flows from only one direction. It must be a mutual thing.

Sounds like you're not even on his radar at the moment. If you want him to get interested in you first he has to notice you. That will involve talking to him, probably on a regular basis. If you can act confident in front of him it will draw his attention and possibly get him interested in you.
But as of right now, no I don't think he sees you as anything more then an acquaintance.

It doesn't matter what we say to you only you can decide if you are ready to be with someone regardless of your shyness. Try asking one of his friends if he is interested in you and if he is maybe he is shy too. You just have to have Faith and trust in God that this guy will feel the same way you do. I hope it all works out. It won't end until you resolve your feels for him. You have to share them with him once you find out if he likes you. Just be yourself and go for it.

if he is shy, that may be why he doesn't speak to you, he may like you just as much as you like him... and if he is just not interested, the way to find out would be to talk to him in some small way, and see what his reaction is and where it leads, are you friends with any of his friends? if so, set something up where you will be together for long enuf to talk to eachother... good luck!

Hey hun, it's dr.katie. I know that it's scary but you gotta smile...catch his eye somehow. Make him want to talk to you. Make your friends talk about how awesome you are around him. 1st thing is how old r u? if your both in your later teens or older he will let you know if he is interested, if you've known him for that long and he was interested he would let you know, might just be a look, but he would show interest

Make the 1st move....go talk to him. Is he receptive, does he flirt with you, does he try to make you laugh....you will be able to tell fairly quickly. Most guys don't beat around the bush....
