Hello, I am a colorist in the midwest. I have a 15-55 year old core group. I latley feel that my creativity in coloring has been waining. I came from a bigger city to smallish town and don't get the chance to color outside the box much here. Ideas????

My best friend owns a salon and she's a great colorist. She uses the Redken line and they provide a lot of literature and support for colorists. They also come out with new colors and other products all the time, plus they send awesome posters that show the new shades and can maybe get your customers interested in something new. That possibility alone has got to be a good source of inspiration. Go to redken.com and check it out.

Redken also has an annual show in NYC, Vegas or another big city... you may want to consider going to those shows once a year to keep your inspiration going and meet other colorists that you can email with!

Good luck! :)
