I am getting ready to get blond highlights, and want my (black) eyebrows to match...I dont want BLONDE eyebrows, lol, but I would like them to be tinted brown. What can I use, and how often do I have to dye them?

dont dye it blond straight up coz your eyebrows will turn red. instead, u can just use normal hair colour.

Use a hair bleacher. Remember that eyebrow hair is more coarse than hair on the top of your head so regular hair dye won't work right. Well, unless you buy the dye and toner separate and get a strong toner, like 40+.

Use the bleach and leave it in for about 3 minutes, rinse and if not what you want, re-apply for 90 seconds. Repeat until you get it right. You don't want to risk leaving it on for too long.

You should think about dying them blonde. When I go to the hairdresser she uses the same dye she used on my hair. She doesn't leave it in as long and they come out perfect. Not to blonde and not dark like before. Think about using the same dye you are using for your hair. After 5 or 10 minutes wipe of a little to see how it looks, if you like wash it off if not add more dye to the spot you just rubbed off and leave it in for a little bit longer.
