I don't know exactly but being a special ed teacher for 31 years I would guess it would fall below 60. I believe most of my students knew more than he does. I use to give him the benefit of doubt, but after he made the comment in a meeting when they were discussing Sunni and Shiitis and his comment was "wait a minuite guys, I thought the Iraqis were Moslems" I couldn't believe it. This coming from the President of the United States after being at war for over 3 years with the Iraqis convinced me he is not too intelligent.

I've researched it and found it to be claimed as anywhere between 81 and 125, depending on the source. None of these are impressive results, however.
