Oven 325-350 F.
Toss chicken pieces with a little italian dressing. Line baking pan with nonstick foil or parchment paper. Bake for about 30 minutes or until you can poke fleshy parts of the chicken and clear juice comes out.

here's a simple recipe for baked chicken - to be served with baked potato or rice.
LEMON CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
* 2 (6 pound) whole chicken, quartered
* 1 dash garlic powder
* 1 pinch salt
* 1 pinch ground black pepper
* 2 onions, thinly sliced
* 2 green bell pepper, sliced
*2 lemons, juiced
* 1/2 cup white wine
* 1 pinch dried parsley
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Season chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add onion and bell pepper slices by placing on top of chicken. Pour lemon juice and wine over entire chicken. Cover with foil.
3. Bake for 1 hour. Remove foil, and brown for about 15 minutes longer. Garnish with parsley flakes, and serve.
It doesn't say to soak the chicken in the juice overnight, but you sure could, I bet it'd be delicious and tender!

Hear's the quick n dirty way. modify as you like.
Caserole dish or 8x8 inch pan (or something bigger if you want more, as long as it's not a cookie sheet). Place the chicken in the pan with spices garnish (salt, pepper, onions, garlic and parsley is what I use). Cover with tin foil and put in the oven for about 45 - 60 min on 375-400 F. Make an easy side while you wait and there's dinner!

Why don't you sprinkle garlic salt and lemon pepper on them and bake until crisp and juicy, with some steamed vegetables and rice it's a meal.
