ok my next door neighbor brad likes me and i like him. then later after we found out we we liked each other, brad came over to my house when my mom wasnt home and started rubbing all over me. my mom came home and seen him rubing my leg and told him to go home. brad came up to me the next day and said he was sorry about the other day. and still wanted to go out with me

You better be careful. Sounds like to me Brad might want more than just a girlfriend. He is a little older than you so i may see where your mom is coming from. Just be extra careful.There are a lot of young guys out there that make everything seem good but will hurt you. If you really like him sit down with your mom and try to talk things out with her. If you go behind her back it will probably make things worse. God Bless!!!

No, but not for the reason of you being too young. Since he's not over the age of eighteen, it's reasonable to assume that you're almost at the same level of maturity.
The reason I say no is because this Brad guy is too close to home. Say in the best case scenario, you have sex and the two of you start dating. What happens if and when you break up? You're stuck next door to this person you can't stand. Even if you don't end up dating, you too will have too much access to one another's habits and comings-and-goings, which is never a good thing. So just chill out; there are plenty of guys out there.

first off brad doesnt like you he's just trying to get some pussy. your mom did the right thing by asking him to leave. What can a 16yr old possibly see in a 13yr old? Don't let Brad fool you into believing that he likes you because boys who like girls take them out instead of rubbing on their body parts. If Brad liked you he would appologize to your mom and leave you alone because you are too young for him
