make eye contact and smile...if she smiles back its a green light....but be careful of the fake smiles...the one where she rolls her eyes and sighs...that in a red light...she is just smiling to be nice....good luck

bump into her and see if she smiles after you do, if she gets an attitude then she probably isn't approachable!
