If you must choose...pick the bagel. its got a bit of nutrition as the donut has nothing. Plus donuts are loaded with trans fats which are known to cause heart disease and lots other problems.

Well the most obvious answer is going to be bagel because they arent as fattening until you top it off with a half pound of cream cheese....but I say eat what you want....

If these are your only choices, go for the bagel. At least you can toast them and put cream cheese, cream cheese and jelly on top, or plain butter. Experiment with toppings!
