the new stangs are sweet but given a choice,go with the classic. You can get everything to restore your 67.

I'd lean towards the older one...but I am biased. I used to own a 69. Seriously, the older one is easier and cheaper to fix, there are a lot of restoration parts for both interior and exterior available, and unlike the new Mustang, it actually has METAL in it...plusthe older one will appreciate, whereas the new ones are already tanking on resale value.
Just my humble opinion. Have fun with your '67!

I like the new Mustangs as much as the old..but I'd think that a restored vintage Mustang (like the '67 you describe) would be cooler and you would probably have more pride in it since you restored it.

Tough one, the 67 is way cooler. But the new one will be more reliable, safer and has mod cons.

Go for the old one. It's classic! The newer ones won't have any kind of exclusivity (too much of them, you'll see them on every corner).
