I assume you're using Nero to actually burn the final DVD here? I ask that because there's a thread in the Afterdawn forums about exactly your problem:

It's basically a bug in certain versions of Nero and it seems you can solve the problem by doing a massive amount of screwing around changing the version of Nero you've got installed.

*Or*, you can easily work around the issue. In the options of DVD Shrink there's a checkbox that tells Shrink to automatically burn with Nero the instant it finishes. You need to uncheck that then, when DVD Shrink has finished it's job, you just close DVD Shrink manually fire up Nero and tell it to burn the DVD. It's a bit of a pain but it only takes a minute or so to do this new interim step and it completely side-steps the error message you're getting. I generally burn everything manually anyway just because it avoids these kind of conflicts.

you will not have the potential to burn DVD's with an entire annoying disk, through fact the image is first written briefly on the annoying disk, and then it is burned on the DVD and erased afterwards. through fact the guy above mentioned, you may desire to attempt deleting something interior the recycle bin.
