I want a refund. They willnot give me a refund. Why not???

only the store you bought it from is liable and that is if you can prove you bought it in that condition from their store

Does the box have an expiration date on it? If the product was expired & the store was still selling it you have a legitimate complaint for the store. You can always try going to the store & see what they'll do for you but these things sometimes end up in finger-pointing situations between the manufacturer & the store.

You can always try to sue but ask yourself if it is really worth the time & money you'd put into it for what is likely to be a very small settlement.

If you're that upset, just don't buy Kraft products anymore & buy their competition.

i gotta a box that didn't have any cheese one time! they sent me a coupon for a free box. i gladly took the coupon! i love kraft and i wasn't about to let this one little incident change my mind. besides, when they box it up it doesn't come with worms. that's the stores problem, not krafts.

why are you making such a big deal over a refund for a box of macaroni that costs less than a dollar?

dont listen to andrew...he dont know what hes taliking about...you can get a full refund but you will need the reciept, kraft gaurantees there products. If your smart make a copy of the reciept and send 1 to kraft and bring the left over product with the other reciept back to the store...then you get dbl refund!

Write a letter to Kraft about exactly what happened and say you want a reply and a refund.

They're cheap and stupid. I don't blame you for not wanting those coupons... I'd never want to eat that junk again. You might be able to get some cash out of the store you bought it at though.

it seems like its more of the store you bought it from that has the problem. go back to the store and check out the shelves to see if the have any mealworms crawling around.

They are under no legal obligation to refund your money. If anyone is, it would be the store you purchased it from.

probably because it seems highly impossible for you to go through that entire process and not notice an infestation the entire time. sounds like a scam, whether it is or not.
