Yes. Black and white people HAVE to be together. They can't be with anyone else, and they can't be with their own people. It HAS to be black and white people together.

Why are you asking Just Black & White? Next you will ask about Asian , Latino, Jewish...ect., rich or poor.
It's not going to matter, people will find something even among their own race of people,( finding fault.with others, are peoples way to fit in hierarchy.)
