Yes, he can get into a lot of trouble. If he works he can get his wages garnished, his credit rating will suffer so in the future he'll have to pay tons of money for anything he gets on credit, and if he owes too much the only way out may be bankruptcy, which is a psychologically taxing procedure.

Yes, he is in trouble. He will ruin his credit...and when it comes to the big purchases like cars and houses, he won't be able to get financing because his credit history is so poor.
All of the major credit bureaus keep track of the credit cards that he isn't paying on.
You tell him that he is being a fool if he thinks he isn't going to suffer any consequences.
Also, many employers check your credit now when you go to apply for a job.

If he's not paying the bills they will shut the cards down and his credit score will go in the toilet. Yes he will get into serious FINANCIAL trouble that will have long-reaching consequences. I hope your bro doesn't want to buy a house or a car someday or he will run into serious obstacles. He needs to get his crapola together today. If he's doing it thinking he'll get away with it, he's wrong ..it WILL catch up to him. A really bad credit score can keep you from getting responsible/high pay jobs, reasonably priced car insurance and a lot of other things.

Bet on it. The credit card companies will start hounding him soon. His credit rating will go into the toilet, and he won't be able to get financing for anything, unless he pays huge interest rates. If he wants to buy a car, he'll have to drive an old clunker because he won't be able to afford anything else. He won't be able to buy a house. Heck, if the landlord pulls a credit report, he won't even be able to rent a house or apartment. He'll have to live at home with his parents until he can pay things off.

Tell your brother to rob a liquor store or a 7-Eleven , cause the cause & effect is better than what he's doing now. Or you can buy him a ticket to some 3rd-world country, cause life over there is more peaceful than the life he's getting into. Or tell him go ahead and $#@! it all up now and he won't be able to get : a new credit card, finance a car, lease an apt, buy a house, or get a good paying job anytime soon .

All of the above is correct, but also it can hurt you in getting a JOB, many companies check your credit before they hire. They figure if your in debt you will steal or if you can't handle credit you can't handle the job.
I say to hell with credit companies.

He will get in HUGE trouble, as soon as he tries to get a loan for a car or apartment. He's toatally f****** himself over. The lesson will catch up soon enough. This is something that most young people have to learn the hard way.
