Bad manners, people that make plans but don't follow through on them and people that are subtle, they expect you know whats on their mind even though they don't tell you. You know if they're mad at you, or something you do bothers them they don't bother speaking up.

People who are in such a hurry that they pull out right in front of you and then go 20 miles per hour. I HATE THAT!!!
