I drink raspberry tea about a hour before I go to bed (Decaffeinated) and when I get up I make some coffee jump in the shower, take a brisk walk around the block and I am ready for the day. I also walk two to three miles after dinner each night and then have my tea a hour before bed. Hope this helps everyone is different you need to experiment to find what works for you.

Reading making me sleepy as it tires the eyes. About 7.5 solid hours of sleep makes me wake up if I have no plans for the next day that would otherwise make me rise. Routines help to arrive at both.

Let's see...wine tends to make me drowsy....sometimes if I've had a bit too much for dinner I get a little sleepy...
wake up... a cup of java, a pop tart or a fresh muffin from the local Dunkin Donuts.

Sleepy: Watching a movie or tv, school/homework, writing stories, and reading.
Awake: Jamming to music, going to concerts/parties, playing DDR, and splashing water on my face.
