Yes, you can pay a credit card bill with a Money order or Check, just be darn sure you include the payment stub & write your account number on the Money Order so they know where to apply it.

Yes you can! You can even pay a credit card with another credit card.
You can also give them your bank routing number and tell your credit card company to just go ahead and withdraw XX amount of dollars. Sometimes the credit card company will charge you for this.

Of course. Another neat way to pay, assuming you have a bank that allows this and your card does too, is online payment. You go to the card's website, arrange for a ONE TIME payment (be careful you don't set up for continuous automatic payments - that can lead to bounces) and then your payment is made electronically and there's no need to go buy & send a money order.

Yes, in part because you can only buy a money order with cash or debit. See like a check a money order is implied to have the cash already backing it up.
