I've never tried it. I guess it will work to the extent you have faith in hypnosis.

Yes I have tried it about 15 years ago and it worked for me and 3 of my friends. You have to want to really lose the weight first! You will notice yourself not eating as much, like a 1/2 a burger instead of a whole one. Good luck !!!

Not really. It can help some people relax and focus on the goal of losing weight, but its still you doing all the work.
Better to save the money and just get serious about losing weight on your own, your results will be just as good.
